I like these desktops - the quality is great. I'm not quite so sure about the squares in the background (I'm worried about them doing that odd strobing thing or otherwise looking like an optical illusion) but given that the desktop doesn't move then it might be fine. The only problem with the dark one I saw a link to was that it wasn't tall enough :)
Just one question, though: Can they change colour? :) openSUSE 11.4 had the default colour change desktop depending on time of day. It'd be cool (in a geeky way) if the chameleon tail changed in the same way :)
Thank you for the comment. I am not sure if they can change colors. They should be packaged in a way so that they become a slideshow and change accordingly. But that is something that I can't do myself. The dark version's resolution is 1366x768 whereas the light versions are much bigger than that. So I decided to keep it proportional. That is why the dark version looks short.
Where can I find them to donwload? I am especially interested in bigger sized versions. (Ah yeah.. and they look awesome, but you already know that, right? ;) )
I wanted to find a good place to get the different resolutions that it should be on. Where is a good resolution list?
